Client Interactions

The purpose of this interaction set is to make it easier to find and retrieve data for and regarding clients.

Client and client contact information should be stored in the [Client Database]("\turtleserver\Company\Client DB.xlsx")

Clients are assigned a three letter acronym for reference in communications and storage.

Clients should be made aware of the availability and location of these company procedures.

Projects

A project is defined as a single package of work. Client projects must have an agreed scope declaration under a covering contract.

A project [Startup checklist]("\turtleserver\Company\Client DB.xlsx") should be used.

We should provide clear and continuous client feedback. Any concerns or ambiguity should be recorded via some means (email etc) but dont rely simply on phone calls. If issues are raised verbally the Rapoport's Rules response should be recorded electronically with the clients cc’d.
