Client Mission
Clients engagement is the key to Turtlestack business - we want to build and maintain good relationships becoming trusted partners.
- Clarity of proposal
- Shared expectations
- Continuous proportionate communication
- Continuously refine and improve
Clarity of proposal
It is important to ensure that the client understands the range of capabilities available in Turtlestack. Ensure the client has access to and is aware of the corporate documentation.
Any proposal for work must be clearly setout as described in :ref:mis_interactions_clients
Make sure that a clear client owner and point of contact is available to the client.
Shared expectations
The definition of done is a critical part of the delivery. The client deliverable should never contain surprises (other than delighters) Both parties should recognise that some properties of a project are emergent and cannot be known at the outset.
Continuous proportionate communication
We must not overwhelm the client with minutaeae of deliverables but neither should we proceed in silence. Ensure that all communications to the client are hierarchical and allow the client the possibility to delve into any areas which may be of concern or interest.
Similarly we should not be afraid to inform the client if their queries are distracting from delivery or not adding value.
Continuously refine and improve
All processes within Turtlestack should be constantly under review and improvement. We should seek client feedback not only on what we delivered but how it was delivered. Similarly we should propose improvements on the client side which would facilitate closer working.
