Turtlestack Automation Ltd. is committed to complying with UK sanctions and export control regulations. We ensure that no business is conducted with sanctioned destinations or denied parties.

Scope

This policy applies to all clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other third parties engaged by Turtlestack Automation Ltd. It is deemed appropriate for our current UK centric client based but may be expanded in the future for international applicability.

Process

• Prior to engagement, we screen all third parties against UK Sanctions List published by HM Treasury
• We confirm that no goods, services, or technologies are supplied to embargoed destinations.
• Screening checks are documented and retained as evidence of compliance.
• If a potential match is identified, the engagement is paused pending further review and escalation.

Review

This policy will be reviewed annually (or earlier should regulations change).
