Environmental Policy Review Process

Summary

The following process describes how the company environmental policy will be reviewed on an annual basis (last Wednesday in June annually).

Pre meeting

Collate any concerns, review the existing policy. Address any external legislative or regulatory changes which may impact the policy. Agree a set of company stakeholders who will come together to review the policy.

Meeting

Agree a set of actions (if any) for revision of the policy.

Disseminate

Share the results of the update more widely within the company.
