Export Control Policy

Policy Statement

Turtlestack Automation Ltd. complies with UK export control regulations.
We do not currently design, produce, or supply export-controlled technology, goods, or software. Our products tend to operate in the abstract technological - rather than concrete.

Process

• We review UK export control notices and maintain awareness of controlled goods and dual-use regulations. We anticipate we are most at risk of the requirement to comply with dual use restrictions so monitor these more closely.
• Before engaging with new projects, clients, or suppliers, we assess whether export controls could apply (but this has not happened yet as of September 2025)
• If export-controlled items are identified, we will obtain the appropriate licences and implement additional controls before proceeding.
• Records of reviews are retained for audit purposes.

Review

This policy will be reviewed annually as part of the wider security policy review.
