Lessons are recorded in a company lessons log.

It is the responsibility of every staff member to record their lessons learned.

If it annoyed you, cost time or money, or led to a worse experience for the client then please dont let it happen again!

Staff can access all lessons from the Lessons Learned Log

Lesson Structure

Every lesson should include

The conclusion statement should state:

  • Actions to be taken as a result of the complaint
  • Deliverable dates for all actions
  • Summarise the Lessons Learned
  • Highlight changes to company procedures to prevent any similar matter arising again
