This is achieved through

• Test driven development (TDD) coupled to Continuous Integration (CI)
• Regular code audits and reviews
• Formal checking procedures of calculations, drawings and models

Quality is regularly monitored through

• Code coverage statistics
• Performance statistics
• Collating client feedback

The Quality Management System should be constantly evolving as a set of tools and processes that embed quality whilst minimising demands on staff.

Processes should improve delivery or client experience.

This policy should be regularly reviewed and all staff are expected to help identify improvements.
