Staff Security - Basic Certification

Summary

The following process describes how the company will perform security reviews for any potential member of staff. This takes different routes depending upon the nationality / working residency of the hire.

All Recruits

The following will be requested in the Staff Onboarding form :

• Personal and Contact Information
• Employment history (last 3 years)
• A recent headshot photograph
• Scan of current valid Passport
• A recent bank statement including your full name and address

Only UK Nationals

UK based recruits will also be required to provide :

• National Insurance number
• A currently valid Disclosure and Barring Service Basic Certificate

Only Indian National

Indian nationals will also be required to provide :

• A verifiable police certificate evidencing no criminal record.

Copies of all data should be emailed to the company security lead. You may be required to present the same data over a video link.

Copies of all data will be securely stored in the company repository.
